AnudaHRM is an HR management platform operated by Anuda Realty Private Limited ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers the AnudaHRM website, the tenant web app at my.anudahrm.com, and the AnudaHRM Android and iOS apps.

Two different kinds of people use AnudaHRM. Employers hold an account and manage their staff. Employees and job seekers have their data entered or submitted into an employer's account. Where the two are treated differently, this policy says so.

1. Information we collect

From employers and their employees

Name, mobile number, email address and role.
Employment records: attendance, shifts, leave, salary and payroll details, and documents an employer uploads.
Location data, where the employer has enabled GPS attendance, geo-fencing or live field tracking. This is collected from the employee's device while those features are active.

From job seekers

Mobile number, verified by one-time password (OTP).
Name, city, work experience, education and expected salary, as you enter them.
The jobs you apply to, and the applications themselves.

Automatically

Device and browser information, and pages viewed on our site.
Your IP address. For advertising measurement we store only a one-way hash of it, never the address itself.
Cookies and browser storage used to keep you signed in and to remember which campaign brought you to a job page.

2. How we use it

To run the service: attendance, payroll, leave, reporting and job applications.
To verify identity when you sign in or apply, using an OTP sent to your mobile or email.
To send service messages, such as an OTP or a reminder about an application you started.
To measure which job advertisements bring genuine applications, so budget is not wasted.
To keep the platform secure, including rate limiting and abuse prevention.

3. Location data

Location is only collected when an employer has switched on GPS attendance, geo-fencing or live tracking for their organisation, and only while those features are running. It is visible to that employer, not to other employers or to the public.

Employers are responsible for telling their employees that tracking is switched on and for obtaining consent where the law requires it. We provide the tool; the employment relationship, and the duty to be transparent inside it, is theirs.

4. Who can see your data

Your employer can see the records belonging to their own organisation. Employers cannot see each other's data.
An employer you apply to receives your application, including your name, mobile number and the profile details you chose to provide.
Service providers we rely on to operate: our hosting provider, our SMS gateway, and our email provider. They process data only to deliver those services.
Advertising platforms. We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and Google Ads tags, to measure advertising. We deliberately do not send them your name, mobile number or email — not even in hashed form. They receive page and conversion events only.
Where the law requires it, for example a valid order from a court or authority.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Where data is stored

Data is stored on servers located in India. Some service providers used for email and advertising measurement may process limited data outside India under their own terms.

6. How long we keep it

Employment records are kept while the employer's account is active, and afterwards only as long as tax and labour law require them to be retained.
Job applications are kept so that both you and the employer have a record of them.
OTPs expire within minutes and are not reusable.
Advertising event logs are kept in aggregate for measurement.

7. Security

Your PIN is stored as a one-way hash. Nobody at AnudaHRM can read it.
Third-party access tokens are encrypted at rest.
Traffic to the site and app is served over HTTPS.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will act to contain it and inform those affected as required.

8. Your choices

You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
You may opt out of non-essential messages. Service messages such as OTPs cannot be switched off while you are using the service.
If your data sits inside an employer's account, we will direct the request to that employer where they are the party responsible for it.

9. Children

AnudaHRM is not intended for children. Job seekers must be of legal working age in India.

10. Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
