Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AnudaHRM, operated by Anuda Realty Private Limited. By creating an account, posting a job, or applying to one, you agree to them.

1. The service

AnudaHRM provides HR management software — attendance, payroll, leave and reporting — and a job board where employers post vacancies and candidates apply. We provide the platform. We are not the employer in any job listed on it, and we are not a party to any employment relationship formed through it.

2. Accounts and your PIN

• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Keep your PIN to yourself. We will never ask you for it, by phone, email or message.
• Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to your account.

3. For job seekers

• Applying is free. AnudaHRM never charges a candidate to apply, to be shortlisted, or to be hired. If anyone asks you for money in our name, do not pay, and tell us.
• Provide information that is true. A false application wastes an employer's time and yours.
• We do not guarantee that you will receive a reply, an interview, or a job.

4. For employers

• Post only genuine vacancies you are actually hiring for, with accurate pay, location and duties.
• Do not charge candidates any fee at any stage of hiring through this platform.
• Follow applicable Indian labour and employment law, including on non-discrimination.
• If you enable GPS attendance, geo-fencing or live tracking, tell your employees and obtain the consent the law requires. That obligation is yours, not ours.
• Use candidate data only to consider that candidate for the role they applied to.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use AnudaHRM to:

• post a job that does not exist, or a listing that is really an advertisement, a course, or a scheme;
• collect fees, deposits or "registration charges" from candidates;
• upload unlawful content, or content you have no right to share;
• attempt to access another organisation's data, or to disrupt or probe the service;
• scrape or bulk-extract candidate data.

We may suspend an account that does any of this.

6. Plans and payment

• Current plans and prices are shown on the pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed in advance for the cycle you choose.
• If a payment fails, we may limit access until it is settled.
• Prices may change; we will give notice before a change applies to your next cycle.

7. Your data

Data you enter remains yours. We process it to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or request deletion of your data by writing to [email protected].

8. Availability

We work to keep AnudaHRM available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages and events outside our control can interrupt it.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AnudaHRM is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for hiring decisions made by an employer, or for the conduct of any employer or candidate on the platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Ending your use

You may stop using AnudaHRM at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why where we are able to.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.

12. Changes

If these terms change we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use AnudaHRM after a change means you accept it.
